What we're looking for

8-12 years of experience in an operating role at a high-growth tech company, venture startup, finance, or consulting
Must be eligible for US Top Secret clearance
Proven ability to own business operations and infrastructure scaling
Strong financial acumen with regular monitoring skills for profitability targets
Expertise in translating growth signals into demand across operational infrastructures
Experience in developing governance structures and information pathways for scaling organizations
