Director, Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead the development of AI models and algorithms that enrich L4 data lake capabilities.
• Build and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on advanced AI foundation models.
• Ensure robust and accurate semantic data processing algorithms for autonomous database support.
• Provide technical vision and strategic direction for scalable model architectures in AI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align AI model development with business goals.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of engineering experience in AI modeling or applied ML
• 5+ years managing engineering teams and leading large-scale ML/AI organizations
• Proven track record delivering scalable algorithms and advanced AI models to production
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
• Experience building models for processing and querying massive datasets
• Deep understanding of modern ML architectures and large-scale data processing
