Director, Decision Science Technology

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a vision for the technology team in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead the delivery of AI/ML-driven decision science applications across their lifecycle.
• Oversee full-stack architectural design for analytic platforms and intelligent solutions.
• Foster innovation by integrating AI tools to enhance development process efficiency.
• Define roadmaps for reusable capabilities, ensuring high standards for deployed solutions.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of production applications through standard procedures.
• Balance new feature velocity with core stability to maintain modern, secure internal SaaS products.

What we're looking for

• Over 12 years of software engineering experience with hands-on system design and delivery.
• Proven leadership in managing multiple engineering teams through managers for end-to-end delivery.
• Expertise in modern architectures like microservices, APIs, cloud-native design, and scalable systems.
• Strong technical stack proficiency including Python, React, SQL/Snowflake, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS.
• Track record of building high-performing engineering organizations and mentoring leaders.
• Experience delivering and operating enterprise-scale platforms with a focus on reliability and security.
• Demonstrated ability to manage portfolios, prioritize tasks, and deliver across multiple teams.
