What we're looking for
- 8 years of experience in decision support analytic functions or advanced degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Expert skills in mathematical and statistical techniques to influence business strategy with fact-based decisions for leadership.
- Modern knowledge of data analysis tools including SQL, SAS, BI tools, and ability to connect external insights to business problems.
- Experience leading teams and executing multiple high-impact initiatives in complex environments.
- Proven ability to design and scale member-level data architectures and deliver advanced analytics.
- Curious and collaborative approach with a passion for learning new analytical methods and continuously advancing data science capability.
