What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a Technical Operations team to support API manufacturing at external facilities.

  • Direct process scale-up, optimization, and validation efforts at external suppliers.

  • Develop strategies to meet future business initiatives and objectives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors in a technical field with at least 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Proven leadership in Technical Operations, Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality Operations or Engineering roles.
  • Expertise in resolving complex technical issues impacting supply continuity and introducing new technologies.
  • Experience with API processing, biocatalysts, enzyme manufacturing, flow chemistry, potent compounds, and sterile/low bioburden DS manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP compliance, decision-making skills, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Ability to develop robust technical capabilities for new products and ensure appropriate control strategies.
