What you'll do

Shape and capture new opportunities for international sales of autonomous aircraft.
Engage international customers to understand their operational requirements and capability gaps.
Lead proposal development, including white papers and RFI responses, for international sales.
Support licensing, export compliance, and technical security activities related to product offerings.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop international product offerings for autonomous aircraft.

What we're looking for

10+ years experience in leading aviation program creation and acquisition strategy.
Minimum 2 years of experience with autonomous aircraft technologies and customer engagement.
Prior experience working with US Air Force program offices and understanding their requirements.
Experience engaging foreign militaries or ministries of defense for sales and partnerships.
Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally for business development activities.
Top Secret security clearance required; Secret clearance preferred.
