Solid business acumen with direct financial product vertical experience in banking and insurance.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and prioritize platform implications.
Experience translating complex concepts into compelling presentations for senior leadership.
Demonstrated systems thinking, initiative, and challenge to the status quo.
Ability to define and implement a 5+ year digital product vision.
