What you'll do

Oversee planning and execution of tasking across the Radar & Advanced Comms Integration team.
Lead systems and software engineering efforts for the Mission Planner Module, ensuring high performance and mature requirements.
Develop and execute supporting roadmaps with internal teams and external partners to identify resource needs.
Participate in technical reviews to enhance quality and foster continuous improvement.
Manage staffing and resource allocation across programs to meet cost, schedule, and technical commitments.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in software, systems, radar, or signal processing engineering.
Demonstrated leadership of small, high-performing engineering teams across organizational boundaries.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Strong background in linear algebra, statistical analysis, and signal processing.
Experience with Radar systems development including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling.
Functional knowledge of radar design tools for modeling and simulation.
Secret clearance required.
