What you'll do

Build and test continuous integration and delivery pipelines to ensure secure systems.
Enhance CI/CD pipeline efficiency and reliability through regular improvements.
Recommend process optimizations to enhance automation and system performance.
Document best practices for development and deployment workflows within the team.
Evaluate and support new tools that improve security and scalability in development.
Identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues with cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies.
Proficient in OpenShift, Linux administration, shell scripting, Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, Ansible Tower.
Experience in platform security, vulnerability management, automation configuration, capacity planning, and monitoring.
Strong skills in incident escalation management, POC technology evaluation, and agile cross-team collaboration.
Ability to work onsite 60% of the time (3 days per week) in Charlotte, NC.
