What you'll do

  • Design and implement enterprise-level DevOps and IAM automation frameworks.
  • Lead development of CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automation workflows for hybrid environments.
  • Implement cloud-based identity and access governance solutions using SailPoint or similar platforms.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and audit-ready evidence supporting access governance.
  • Build connectors, role-based access frameworks, and separation-of-duties logic at scale.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in healthcare IAM delivery.
  • Proven success with multi-population identity solutions and automated onboarding/offboarding.
  • Expertise in cloud-based IAM, IGA, and access governance platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid IAM patterns and legacy-to-modern migrations.
  • Strong operational background including runbook development and audit compliance.
  • Experience applying AI/ML-driven analytics within IGA products.
  • Product certifications in Saviynt, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM platforms.
