What you'll do

  • Analyze project impacts on Engineering, Facilities, and labor to determine optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for system default data definitions.
  • Conduct research and engineering laboratory functions involving electronic or electro-mechanical devices.
  • Perform system integration and testing, including regression testing of software.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and execute installations on Ohio and Columbia class platforms.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 6 years.
  • Extensive expertise in systems engineering and network/system management with hands-on knowledge of COTS/GOTS applications.
  • Subject matter expert (SME) in at least one discipline and working knowledge in multiple adjacent disciplines.
  • Experience as a subject matter expert analyzing project impacts on Engineering, Facilities, labor pool, and resource acquisition.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance required or obtainable within a reasonable time after hire.
  • Background in the Fleet Ballistic Missile Weapon System and experience with customer interface and presentations.
