What you'll do

Manage IT projects across lifecycle using IPPF, IPWC, JIRA, and JIRA Align.
Resolve day-to-day issues with Global Delivery teams for smooth client operations.
Monitor issue resolution progress using ServiceNow and other tools.
Conduct client meetings to discuss updates, resolutions, and strategic initiatives.
Develop proposals for new enhancements aligned with global delivery models.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
One year of project management experience using IPPF, Agile, IBM Program Work Center.
Experience with Software Testing and Quality Assurance Methodology, Application Management Services.
Proficiency in SAP, Maximo, Vertex, Salesforce, Mulesoft.
Manage full lifecycle of IT projects and collaborate with Global Delivery teams.
Monitor client issue resolution progress and develop proposals for new enhancements.
Oversee project performance and organize specialized training programs.

Save
