This role requires a deep understanding of Turbonomic and Instana solutions, Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworks to deliver rapid value to customers while maintaining best practices in all engagements.

What you'll do

Provide deep subject matter expertise for successful customer engagements.
Install, deploy, and maintain Turbonomic ∨ Instana platforms for customers.
Identify opportunities to extend solution adoption within customer environments.
Create and manage custom integrations using scripting/programming languages.
Document work with customers including value provided, run books, and summaries.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in infrastructure, datacenter, dev-ops, and architecture roles.
Extensive field experience in virtualization (7+ yrs), cloud computing architectures (5+ yrs), and containers (3+ yrs).
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with professional communication abilities.
Minimum 5 years as a Professional Services Engineer, consultant, or Sales Engineer.
Agile/Scrum Certification or equivalent experience required.
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash scripting, and Golang.
