What we're looking for
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field; PhD preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in data science roles with demonstrated leadership
- 5+ years applying predictive analytics and modeling to solve business problems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, SQL, Spark, and advanced data manipulation libraries
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of algorithm efficiency and scalability
- Experience managing teams and working on large-scale distributed data processing projects
