  • Build and maintain decision-oriented reporting and dashboards for clarity in insights.
  • Apply statistical analysis to diagnose metric movement and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Product, Partner Development, Marketplace, and Leadership to support business decisions through insights.
  • Use experimentation, statistical analysis, and machine learning to enhance business understanding and outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills with proficiency in Pandas, SciPy, and scikit-learn.
  • Ability to diagnose metric movement through experimentation and performance investigations.
  • Clear communication of analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
