- Translate vague guidance into clear, actionable development tasks.
- Manage Git workflows including commits, merges, and pushes for version control.
- Lead sprint reviews and Scrum-of-Scrums to ensure alignment with senior leadership.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field plus 10 years of systems engineering experience.
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant engineering field plus 8 years of systems engineering experience.
- Agile Project Management expertise with hands-on SAFe/Scrum experience and Jira & Confluence utilization.
- Deep understanding of customer data-flow architecture, translating vague requirements into actionable tasks.
- Proven track record in release planning, sprint reviews, Scrum-of-Scrums, and Git workflows management.
- Must possess a current US Security Clearance TS/SCI w/ poly.
