What you'll do

  • Develop and execute project plans for data modernization initiatives.
  • Identify and capture new requirements from the customer in ambiguous scenarios.
  • Translate vague guidance into clear, actionable development tasks.
  • Manage Git workflows including commits, merges, and pushes for version control.
  • Lead sprint reviews and Scrum-of-Scrums to ensure alignment with senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field plus 10 years of systems engineering experience.
  • Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant engineering field plus 8 years of systems engineering experience.
  • Agile Project Management expertise with hands-on SAFe/Scrum experience and Jira & Confluence utilization.
  • Deep understanding of customer data-flow architecture, translating vague requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Proven track record in release planning, sprint reviews, Scrum-of-Scrums, and Git workflows management.
  • Must possess a current US Security Clearance TS/SCI w/ poly.
