What you'll do

Design and execute test scenarios to generate synthetic member data using GenRocket.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of synthetic data from design through deployment.
Validate artificial data for completeness, integrity, and alignment with business rules.
Load generated data into enterprise platforms and verify successful processing across systems.
Use SQL to analyze data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.

What we're looking for

3+ years experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
Experience working with EDI/X12 healthcare transactions (834, 837 preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Hands-on experience with synthetic data generation tools like GenRocket.
Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, architects, and engineers.
Experience in healthcare domains such as membership, enrollment, claims, dental, or vision data.
