Proven leadership in managing multiple programs and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills to influence senior leaders and stakeholders effectively.
Master's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or technology-related field required.
Experience with governance and compliance frameworks in regulated financial services.
