What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in relevant field (Masters or PhD preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Manager in data and AI solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership advisory capability
  • Business acumen to evaluate ROI, cost-to-value trade-offs, and long-term investments
  • Understanding of clinical development processes including trial operations and regulatory submissions
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms like Databricks and AWS
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using metrics-driven approaches
