  • Establish governance processes for metric definitions, data quality, and reporting cadence in compliance frameworks.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT risk functions with leadership in metrics and reporting
  • Proven expertise in dashboard/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) and key metrics
  • Experience with security tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, EDR platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python or Power Query for data manipulation
  • Ability to communicate complex technical data effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA preferred
