- Architect end-to-end identity lifecycle processes for workforce, customer, and third-party identities.
- Define and implement an enterprise IAM roadmap incorporating AI capabilities and automation.
- Establish IAM standards, patterns, and guardrails to ensure secure access across various platforms.
- Collaborate with data science teams to define ethical policies for AI use in IAM processes.
What we're looking for
- 8-10 years of IT experience with a focus on cybersecurity or architecture.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust and modern access control models like IDaaS.
- Expertise in identity governance, management, and next-generation IGA products.
- Deep knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC) and directory services.
- Experience with privileged access management and research on advanced solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in engineering and technology.
