Cyber System Security Engineer Sr

What you'll do

• Design and deploy physical and virtualized environments using vCenter and Hyper-V.
• Ensure all systems comply with NIST/RMF/JSIG standards for security certifications.
• Solve complex software integration issues in multi-component system deployments.
• Automate system configurations and deployments using Ansible, PowerShell, Bash.
• Maintain and update system documentation including configuration guides and inventories.
• Perform system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security configuration management.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with enterprise system platforms including Windows Server and Linux distributions.
• Hands-on expertise in VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to perform system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security configuration management.
• DOD 8570 certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CASP, CISSP or CCNP-Security required.
• Secret / Top Secret Clearance Level mandatory.
• Proficient with enterprise security tools like Trellix ePO and deployment of security tools to systems.
• Experience in administering Windows operating systems and Linux platforms, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
