Crisis Management Intelligence & Technology Manager

What you'll do

• Lead global Crisis Management Intelligence & Services operations, ensuring consistency in intelligence collection and reporting.
• Manage high-performing teams to develop and implement technology solutions for crisis management.
• Develop strategic relationships with vendors to enhance global crisis response capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of crisis detection, intelligence workflows, and analytical standards.
• Oversee production of actionable intelligence and situational awareness reports during crises.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of experience in intelligence, security operations, crisis management, resilience, or related fields.
• Proven leadership in complex global environments with at least 5 years of experience managing teams.
• Strong understanding of crisis management frameworks, threat monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Experience delivering intelligence support during crises and high-tempo operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and technology innovation programmes.
• Expertise in managing intelligence platforms, tools, and vendor relationships.
