Creative Producer - Special Projects

What you'll do

• Lead structured performance capture sessions to produce high-quality visual and audio datasets for AI/ML models.
• Develop detailed annotation guidelines and taxonomies for cross-functional teams to label data consistently at scale.
• Ensure all data collection processes meet technical, ethical, and consent-based standards for quality and integrity.
• Translate technical dataset requirements into actionable performance direction for scalable capture pipelines.
• Review and approve recorded materials to maintain emotional fidelity and performance benchmarks.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional directing experience in film, television, theater, or commercial production.
• Expertise in coaching actors and non-actors for authentic emotional and vocal performances.
• Deep knowledge of facial expressions, micro-expressions, body language, vocal modulation, and emotional psychology.
• Experience working with AI training data, motion capture, or structured data collection environments.
• Strong written communication skills to produce clear documentation for guidelines and protocols.
• Ability to establish performance benchmarks and ensure data meets technical and ethical standards.
