Control Technician-Jr - Control Technician-Sr

What you'll do

• Locate and repair defects in control systems using technical diagrams and specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various industrial equipment such as batteries, motors, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct inspections, record data, and prepare reports based on test results and project findings.
• Assist in installing and removing grounds for electrical safety compliance.
• Use work management systems to request parts, create work orders, and document work histories.

What we're looking for

• Must have experience installing, inspecting, repairing, adjusting, calibrating plant instruments and controls.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from moderately complex prints and specifications.
• Knowledge of process control systems and ability to repair single element control loops.
• Proficiency in performing engineering calculations for test results, reports, performance, and records.
• Must possess the appropriate State driver's license.
• Experience with low and medium voltage circuit breaker electrical/mechanical interlock checks and repairs.
• Ability to lead and direct other employees effectively.
