What you'll do

Support preparation and management of contract proposals for various Government contracts.
Develop and implement new contract policies and processes to enhance efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive audit files for each contract, including all relevant documents and correspondence.
Ensure contract execution complies with government regulations (FAR/DFARS) and company policies.
Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts from proposal through close-out, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

What we're looking for

Strong knowledge of US Government contracting, including FAR/DFARS.
Experience in contract proposal development and management.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Oversee contract compliance and manage close-out processes.
NCMA certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM preferred.
Graduate degree in business, government, or related field beneficial.
Resourceful, creative problem-solving skills for fast-paced environments.
