Content Developer

What you'll do

• Capture use cases and develop Splunk correlation rules for continuous monitoring.
• Develop and manage Splunk data models to enhance threat detection capabilities.
• Create custom regex patterns to generate knowledge objects for security analysis.
• Write advanced SPL using macros, lookups, and network security signatures like SNORT.
• Train junior staff and mentor them in incident detection and response techniques.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of experience or MS Degree with 10 years of experience.
• Extensive experience in incident detection and response, malware analysis, and cyber forensics.
• Expert knowledge in multiple cybersecurity areas such as intrusion prevention, access control, and protocol analysis.
• Advanced skills in developing Splunk correlation rules using tstats and data models for threat detection.
• Experience creating and maintaining Splunk knowledge objects and data models.
• Proficient in regex creation for pattern matching and custom SPL development.
• Expertise in configuring and implementing technical security solutions and analyzing large-scale security log data.
