At Nationwide®, “on your side” goes beyond just words. Our customers are at the center of everything we do and we’re looking for associates who are passionate about delivering extraordinary care.

  • Be a proven Agile team coach for software delivery teams in complex, multi‑team environments—ideally with integration‑heavy or policy/servicing systems.
  • Have strong demand/capacity planning skills, with demonstrated experience and be able to interpret and explain and use those insights to influence prioritization and staffing.
  • Demonstrate work item management tool fluency—able to own workflow, boards, dashboards, and reporting for the line in Jira and related tooling.
  • Enjoy relationship‑heavy work and see networking and influence as a core tool.
  • Bring managerial courage—willing to raise risks early, challenge assumptions respectfully, and protect the team from unsustainable commitments while staying aligned with business outcomes.
  • Have a strong continuous improvement bias using data to drive decisions, naturally looking for small, incremental changes in process, tooling, data hygiene, or communication that improve flow, quality, and predictability.
