Composite Technician

What you'll do

• Cut, lay-up, fabricate, cure and assemble various composite products.
• Build laminated assemblies by laying up composite plies and adhesives onto tools or molds.
• Prepare parts for bagging, including placement of bleeders and vacuum connections.
• Set up assemblies in processing equipment such as autoclaves to obtain desired set and cure.
• Operate oven controls to maintain proper temperature, pressure, and time cycle during curing.

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of composite fabrication experience
• U.S. Secret security clearance required
• Experience in cutting, laying up, and curing composites
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and prioritize tasks
• Polished communication skills for efficient task execution
