Alkami is seeking to hire a Compliance Manager to facilitate, monitor, and evaluate the operational effectiveness of its risk and control environment, as a critical technology service provider to financial institutions. This is an individual contributor role for an experienced IT Compliance professional who has a deep understanding of information security risks and the regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements that impact financial institutions.

*Key Responsibilities & Duties:*

  • Assist in the coordination of SOC and PCI audits including planning, obtaining deliverables, responding to findings and working with stakeholders to address issues.
  • Support the Compliance team in conducting ongoing compliance monitoring through the use of control validations on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually basis..
  • Lead compliance-related projects and assist the department with project management where needed.
  • Policy Management using GRC tooling

*Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience driving and executing compliance programs for regulatory requirements and industry standards such as FFIEC, GLBA, SOC, PCI, NIST, SOX, CIS, or NCUA guidelines.
  • Proven experience leading and managing SOC (SOC 1/SOC 2) and PCI DSS compliance programs, including audit planning, evidence preparation, remediation tracking, and executive-level reporting.
  • 2+ years of experience in the digital banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines, technology controls, and security issues including technical familiarity with Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions, SIEM processes, AWS hosting, and Google Cloud hosting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to cooperating with highly skilled teams.

*Desired Skills:*

  • CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CRCM certifications.
  • Experience using GRC tools such as Optro CrossComply (formerly Auditboard) and Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience leading/facilitating discussions on audit risks and controls with stakeholders.
  • Alkami embraces AI for operational process enhancement. Candidates should be familiar and comfortable with AI as a process enhancer.

The salary range for this position is: $112,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Stock
