As a Senior Compliance Data Analyst at Adyen, you will join the dynamic and innovative Compliance Data team responsible for ensuring regulatory excellence through scalable data solutions. Your daily tasks will include automating compliance processes to cover the entire global portfolio, translating complex regulations into actionable data points, building data literacy across teams, monitoring risk proactively, maintaining data integrity by refining structures with engineering partners, and driving strategic initiatives that shift our approach from reactive to proactive. You must be proficient in SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark, Airflow, and Git, capable of collaborating with non-technical stakeholders, identifying inaccuracies within large datasets, and prioritizing automation opportunities while understanding operational realities. This role requires a background in Compliance, Finance, Risk, or similar fields, given the highly regulated banking environment at Adyen.

What we're looking for
Proficient in SQL, Python, and PySpark for Big Data analysis.
Experience with Spark, Airflow, Git, and other data engineering tools.
Background in Compliance, Finance, Risk, or a similar regulated industry.
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable data points.
Detail-oriented with strong skills in pinpointing inaccuracies in large datasets.
