Join Anduril’s Production team as a CNC Operator on the 2nd shift in Morrisville, NC, where you will execute high-precision machining operations and collaborate with engineering, quality, and assembly teams to build next-generation hardware. Your daily tasks include operating CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis routers, interpreting CAD models, implementing work holding methods, troubleshooting issues, performing inspections, and maintaining machines. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience as a CNC operator, fixture setups expertise, knowledge of G and M codes, and proficiency with multi-axis and 3D machining. Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CAM software, Fanuc, Fagor, HAAS, Siemens controls, and composite materials is preferred. This role demands strong tooling and fixture experience, ownership of the manufacturing process from start to finish, adaptability between R&D and production, multitasking skills, and a U.S. Secret security clearance.
