What you'll do
- Implements and maintains security controls for Azure resources and cloud platform services.
- Monitors and coordinates remediation of security findings from Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Supports access reviews and compliance activities within Microsoft Entra ID and GitHub Enterprise.
- Automates repeatable security, governance, and remediation tasks using scripting and standard processes.
- Provides practical security guidance to BCS teams to improve secure development behaviors.
- Escalates security incidents and operational risks to leadership as needed.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in cloud environments, security operations, and DevSecOps practices.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure security services, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and RBAC.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID, GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, and vulnerability remediation.
- Ability to automate operational or security tasks using scripts, templates, or tooling.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted operational approaches in cloud security.
- Preferred certifications: Azure security, identity management, GitHub Advanced Security, and DevSecOps.
