What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proven ability to lead all stages of the product life cycle including discovery and strategic development
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and manage stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field
  • Advanced communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and data governance
