What you'll do

Oversee engineering activities for User Activity Monitor Software solution.
Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise cybersecurity infrastructure baseline.
Ensure full availability of network switches and routers supporting data transfer.
Document hardware and software configuration management processes.
Lead engineering response during emergencies, system failures, or critical incidents.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 10 years of experience
Prior experience as an Engineering Lead or SME in IT service delivery management
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, defense-in-depth principles, network security architecture
Ability to develop and maintain technical documents, analysis, reports, and briefings for senior stakeholders
Experience with Oracle Database, User Activity Monitoring products, Everfox High Speed Guard Platform, Cisco/Juniper networking concepts
CISSP certification preferred
Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI clearance
