What you'll do

Translate customer IT needs into technical plans for command and control capabilities.
Stand up, wire, and integrate servers and computing systems in forward operating environments.
Deploy software applications to virtual machines or cloud environments using AWS and VMware ESXi.
Maintain tactical data centers by standing up, configuring, and sustaining them as needed.
Apply security compliance practices like RMF and STIGs to fielded systems for vulnerability remediation.

What we're looking for

Experience as a system administrator for Windows and Linux servers, including build, configuration, patching, and sustainment.
Hands-on experience with AWS and VMware ESXi in deploying software applications to virtual machines or cloud environments.
Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes for application deployment.
Expertise in applying security compliance practices such as RMF, STIGs, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
Experience standing up, configuring, and maintaining tactical or deployable data centers.
Ability to communicate directly with clients and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics, or equivalent experience.
