  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Expertise in SQL, quality assurance practices, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
  • Hands-on experience with agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Understanding of data setup and relational databases.
