Business Product Analyst I

What you'll do

• Gather and document clear business requirements through user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support cross-channel program integration with internal partners to track performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively to identify, clarify, and confirm core requirements and dependencies.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Write functional documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria for projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and requirements management tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading requirements gathering sessions.
• Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
