As a Backend .NET Engineer at our engineering group, you will join a team responsible for developing critical applications in the Managed Enterprise Services suite and other business-critical initiatives. What we're looking for

5-7 years of professional backend software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET stack, including ASP.NET Core Web API.
Experience designing REST APIs and working with SQL databases and Entity Framework Core.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control (Git), and cloud platforms.
Comfortable with spec-first workflows and AI-native development tools like OpenSpec.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective team mentoring and support.
Ability to handle ambiguity and provide thoughtful code feedback.
