What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading value stream mapping and business capability definition.
- Detailed practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development methods, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with ArchiMate as a modeling language for enterprise architecture.
- Skilled in project risk management, change management, configuration management, and reliability methods.
- Ability to articulate the architecture effectively to both technical and business audiences.
- Sound knowledge of Agile/Lean development methodologies and Continuous Deployment Tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master's preferred with relevant experience.
