What you'll do
- Define and advance consumer AI-ready data architecture for scalable, secure, reusable systems.
- Lead the design of enterprise-scale semantic layers to enable trusted analytics and AI use cases.
- Implement AI data pipelines integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Drive production-scale execution of semantic platforms with standards for performance and security.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of architects and engineers in AI data engineering.
- Evangelize Agentic Data Engineering through patterns, playbooks, and real-world deployments.
What we're looking for
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering and large-scale data ecosystem development.
- 7+ years of senior leadership managing complex data and AI portfolios with hands-on expertise.
- Mastery in implementing scalable AI-driven systems supporting agentic solutions on AWS/GCP.
- Deep technical expertise in real-time data streaming, semantic layer architecture, and knowledge graph design.
- Strong experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and Agentic frameworks at enterprise scale.
- Proven ability to lead from strategy through pilot to scaled enterprise capability implementation.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders and thought leadership in AI-native data engineering.
