What we're looking for

7+ years of experience with programming concepts and automating complex processes
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Unattended (RPA)
Proven ability to build and support unattended automation solutions in regulated environments
Experience working in financial services, banking, healthcare, or insurance industries
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools including Power Platform, Azure, and Office 356
Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance considerations in automation
