What you'll do
- Monitor and evaluate CI class and sub-class data quality using ServiceNow KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to close data quality gaps at the source.
- Ensure Discovery data is integrated correctly by partnering with Platform administrators.
- Maintain CMDB ServiceNow Workspace, producing certified reports and dashboards.
- Develop knowledge articles for stakeholder self-service and improve CMDB practice.
- Support Attack Surface Management Working Group with CMDB data and analysis.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow for CMDB operations and data quality.
- 2+ years of experience in reviewing CI data accuracy using ServiceNow Discovery.
- Experience configuring and maintaining a ServiceNow Workspace, building dashboards.
- Proficient in monitoring CMDB health and performing trending analysis on data quality.
- Knowledge of ITIL Configuration Management, CSDM framework, and CI lifecycle principles.
- Ability to produce stakeholder reports, engage technical stakeholders, and remediate issues.
