What you'll do
- Own cybersecurity engineering practice strategy to align with revenue targets and customer demand.
- Lead and develop a team of security experts who deliver technical engagements through the GUIDE methodology.
- Drive revenue influence by qualifying deals, pushing pipeline forward, and providing technical credibility for complex sales.
- Serve as SHI’s senior cybersecurity voice to articulate how security investments reduce business risk and enhance resilience.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the cybersecurity vendor ecosystem to position SHI as an objective advisor across multiple vendors.
- Build and operationalize CISO engagement models to understand budget allocation and decision-making processes in enterprises.
What we're looking for
- Over 12 years of experience in cybersecurity or related technical field.
- Expert understanding across the security stack including identity, endpoint, network, cloud, data, and application security.
- Proven ability to lead and scale security teams with demonstrated experience in developing next-level managers.
- Strong track record of influencing revenue through technical engagement in a VAR, integrator, or solutions provider environment.
- Deep fluency in enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS).
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise CISOs as a trusted advisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
