What you'll do

- Ensure adherence to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
- Guide story writing, refinement, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning.
- Track and remove impediments for the development team.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required
- Exemplifies and promotes agile values and principles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
- Comfortable with Scrum concepts including refinement, estimation, velocity
- 5 years of product or project development experience in Agile
- Experience facilitating meetings at multiple organizational levels
