What you'll do

  • Design and implement national strategy for insurance solutions practice.
  • Provide expert guidance on advanced life insurance strategies for UHNW clients.
  • Conduct policy reviews to ensure alignment with client goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive new business opportunities through relationship building and strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate access to best-in-class P&C insurance solutions for UHNW clients.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in insurance solutions, with at least 5-7 years focused on UHNW clients.
  • Deep expertise in traditional and private placement life insurance, and advanced estate planning strategies utilizing insurance products.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and scale a national practice or team.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks governing insurance products.
  • Active Life & Health insurance license required within 3 months of employment.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & Series 63 exams must be obtained within the first 3 months.
