This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive wealth planning services and requires excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary contact for publishing and scaling Digital Estate Planning solutions.
  • Extract and interpret key trust provisions, assess tax implications, and model wealth strategies.
  • Distill complex estate plans into clear visualizations and summaries for clients.
  • Manage client lifecycle from onboarding to final report delivery with PWM teams.
  • Ensure timely deliverables by facilitating interaction among PWA teams and advisors.
  • Own quality assurance, deadlines, and performance indicators for all GSFO offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously evolve the product offering.

What we're looking for

  • At least four years of experience in accounting or legal field with a focus on UHNW clients
  • Expertise in US estate and transfer tax, trust tax laws, and multi-generational wealth planning strategies
  • Ability to review and interpret complex estate documents and fiduciary law provisions
  • Experience working with AI and LLM for legal document extraction (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree required; CPA or JD preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and vendors
  • Comfortable adopting new technologies and programs in a fast-paced environment
