What you'll do

Define the migration approach to minimize downtime and risk during core banking platform transition.
Oversee creation of complex data maps from legacy schemas to modern cloud data models.
Implement robust data lineage framework for end-to-end traceability in regulatory audits.
Develop a Core Abstraction API to manage requests between legacy and modern systems.
Establish a migration governance board to oversee architectural decisions and risk mitigation.
Ensure new cloud ledger adheres to global banking regulations on data residency and security.
Define and test Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery protocols for the migration window.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in core banking migration from FIS or Fiserv platforms.
Deep understanding of cloud-native ledger systems and distributed database technologies.
Proven expertise in implementing data lineage tools and traceability frameworks in regulated environments.
Proficiency with Change Data Capture (CDC) tools, ETL pipelines, and automated testing for large-scale migrations.
Track record of leading multi-year, $50 million+ transformation programs in financial services.
Ability to communicate technical risks and migration progress to senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
