What we're looking for
- Minimum 7+ years experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering within an enterprise environment.
- Proven leadership in managing a team of engineers with performance management and career development expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms, including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda services.
- Expertise in scripting and automation using Python and Shell scripting for operational tasks.
- Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems, system administration, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
