What you'll do

Define and lead the security strategy for enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management.
Develop comprehensive security strategies and architectural guidelines for AI/ML initiatives.
Architect secure IAM solutions for diverse environments, including identity federation and SSO.
Design advanced AI security reference architectures to protect data integrity and model confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and integrate security architecture into audit programs.

What we're looking for

Over 15 years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in enterprise security architecture for AI.
Proven leadership in designing and implementing secure IAM solutions in financial services.
Expertise in securing the entire AI/ML lifecycle, including data, model, and platform security.
Deep knowledge of agentic AI systems and strategies to mitigate their unique risks.
Experience with regulatory compliance and control frameworks relevant to IAM and AI.
Strong technical background in enterprise IAM tools and identity protocols.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CIAM, CDPSE, AWS/Azure/GCP Security.
